Hello and welcome to November! It’s officially holiday season and my favorite time of year. In the next few weeks, I’ll be bringing you all the festive and cozy recipes to make November and December delicious.
The first dinner of November is a cozy and comforting mushroom fettuccine. Crème fraiche and white wine give it a delicious and savory depth of flavor that compliments the meaty mushrooms. It’s one of my favorite pastas to make and eat during the cooler months of the year.
My second recipe this week is a festive cocktail to make as the holidays grow closer and you might want something more seasonal to drink. The Cranberry Hugo Spritz is a fun update to the more summer original. I hope you enjoy it!
